Job Description Our client, a project-based automation company located near Allen, Texas, is seeking a collaborative and passionate Senior Controls Engineer to join their team. Their team continues to be in growth mode and is adding more engineers to keep up with new business. This role will involve designing, installing, and modifying integrated systems for their customers across a variety of verticals.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Creating customer simulations, demonstrating the startup sequence of the equipment and device functionality.
Providing technical support.

Responsibilities Set up, configure, and troubleshoot complex systems.
Engage customers by reviewing schematics and delivering guidance.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure project deliverables.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs.
Conduct simulations to review and test the functionality.
Drive efficiency, product quality, and flawless performance.
Stay ahead of the curve through continuous education.
Design components and automation strategies.
Travel to client sites, delivering installation, testing, and support.
Qualifications Background as a project lead overseeing project scope and deliverables required.
Rockwell experience including RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, ControlFLASH, & RSLinx required.
Allen Bradley hardware setup and configuration experience required.
Proficient with Control Logix and Remote I/O Racks including 1756 (CLX) required.
HMI programming experience required.
Ability to travel 30-40% domestically and minimal international travel.
