About The Role

Ruby Lab’s portfolio company is hiring an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-paced team. You will set up reporting systems for new projects and ensure safe, well-modeled data for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams.
• Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports, such as Product Reports.
• Conduct user behavior and aha moment analysis.
• Analyze data to generate insights, identify trends, and recommend actions to maximize KPIs.
• Monitor key metrics.
• Design and build robust data models in SQL.
• Provide and receive actionable feedback within the team and leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Math, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Product Analytics and with tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker.
• Experience in subscription models.

Nice to Have

• English proficiency.
• Experience in Marketing Analytics, Python, R, GCP, BigQuery.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Airflow, git, iGaming, online Gambling.

Location

Within CET zone; applicants from any country within ±4 hours of CET are welcome.
