You will identify local data science possibilities/initiatives/requests in collaboration with local teams, DDT, Engineering, Quality, and global Data Science. /pulliProvide technical support to manufacturing processes, investigation, yield optimization, process monitoring, and support internal and/or external functional/multifunctional teams in troubleshooting and problem-solving /liliIdentify patterns, trends, and anomalies in batch data, providing valuable insights into process variability, process performance, and product quality /liliSupport and drive the Manufacturing Science department activities, and site initiatives with advanced data analysis and promote the use of off-the-shelf data analysis software /liliDrive and support local digital data science initiatives, expand and unlock new knowledge for effective process monitoring and process improvement optimizations /liliProvide technical support to manufacturing processes, investigation, yield optimization, and process monitoring with advanced data analysis /liliOwn and maintain Manufacturing Science/Manufacturing related datasets /liliManage investigations and support internal and/or external functional/multifunctional teams in troubleshooting and problem-solving /liliTranslate business problems into opportunities and effectively communicate findings with stakeholders /liliGather and identify local data science possibilities/initiatives/requests in collaboration with local teams, DDT, Engineering, Quality, and global GMS data science /liliSupport and participate in global/functional/local GMS data science community /liliSupport in maintaining the GMP archive for the group, including responsibility for document withdrawal and destruction /liliResponsible for day-to-day operation of local data science function, covering all data science levels and related technologies /li /ulh3What you bring to Takeda /h3ulliMaster or PhD degree in technical/scientific education, preferably pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or pharma-process engineering /liliPrevious experience in Data Analysis (3 years) /liliProven experience in statistics, data analysis, or equivalent academic experience/course record, and proven knowledge of six-sigma and DMAIC methodology /liliGood written and spoken Italian and English mandatory /liliMathematical and Statistical Knowledge /liliExperience in coding skills, preferably in Python/R /liliProficiency in database languages (SQL), understanding of data models and databases /liliExpertise and experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence/Deep Learning, Big Data, and Digital (preferred) /liliKnowledge of plasma fractionation process (preferred) /liliCapabilities to translate business needs into data analytics concepts and vice versa /liliStrategic enterprise thinking, finding innovative ways to serve patients, build reputation, and trust /liliGood understanding of industry, scientific, and data science trends and market conditions to develop solutions enhancing compliance and quality of life for patients /liliGood communication and presentation skills, as well as influencing skills /li /ulh3What Takeda can offer you /h3pWe want our employees to succeed in everything they do - at work, at home, and in the community.
