This role combines financial insight, process creation, and project management, perfect for someone who enjoys transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppstrongFinancial Analysis Reporting: /strong /pp·       Build and structure the company’s management reporting framework from scratch. /pp·       Work with accounting data to make it operationally meaningful — cleaning, organizing, and translating it into clear analyses. /pp·       Develop and maintain analyses of actual vs. budget performance. /pp·       Partner with business teams to conduct cost analyses and identify opportunities for optimization. /pp·       Support the COO in building the annual budget and reforecasting cycles. /ppstrongOperational Accounting: /strong /pp·       Manage accounting operations related to the e-commerce business. /pp·       Prepare and deliver the “Registro dei corrispettivi” to the accounting team. /pp·       Produce operational PL reports to support decision-making. /ppstrongERP System Migration (2026–2027): /strong /pulliAct as project manager for the migration to a new ERP system. /liliContribute to process design, testing, and rollout of the new system. /liliCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient implementation. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCandidate Profile: /strong /pp·       Solid experience in financial analysis, controlling, or management accounting; ideally in fashion, retail, or e-commerce. /pp·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work hands-on with raw data. /pp·       Comfortable creating structure where none exists; eager to design new tools and reports. /pp·       Good understanding of accounting flows and ERP systems. /pp·       Project management mindset: organized, resourceful, and collaborative. /pp·       Proficiency in Excel; familiar with ERP /pp·       Fluent in Italian and English. /p
