If you're looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment. /p pReports to Front Office Manager /p h3Primary Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liFulfil operations of the Front Office, according to the company policies, standards and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times: handle all guest arrival check ins and departure check-outs /li liCreate memorable and tailored experiences for all guests following Belmond standards /li liCoordinate guests services, working with local partners to ensure consistency in the level of service /li liAnticipate Guests' needs and handle Guests' complaints /li liCross sell hotel services and venues /li liHandle reservation inquiries and relative requests /li liSupport the team with Concierge emails, PBX, chat /li liConsistently meet or exceed defined performance expectations as per management' goals ensuring all guest' satisfaction /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liExcellent communicational skills, both whit Guests and co-workers/ colleagues. Skilled at engaging audience. /li liDetail and guest care oriented /li liFluent in English and Italian /li liPossess a courteous and professional telephone manner /li liAt least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels /li liPreferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards /li liPreferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems but not required /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liSeasonal Labor contract according to C.C.N.L.
