All about the role:
Understands, changes and creates system design specifications and requirements. Identifies and supports standardization by ensuring that new developments fit into the platform and subsystem structure. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve the design & development of functional systems. Relying on specialist knowledge and experience in one or more areas, provides input and active contribution to the development and execution of projects, solves complex problems, takes a new perspective using existing solutions or identifying innovative ones.
What you’ll do:
Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations. Leads interaction with cross-functional teams, external bodies, and universities, acting as a technical reference for one region or into a wider team internationally.
In detail, you will:
Responsible to translate the product feature into a Functional System, by clarifying the contents for Use case, Product requirements, System specification, and Test Manual.
Create/maintain catalog of functional systems in Jama.
Adopt agile methodology (work with kanban board and backlog in Jira).
Represent Electronic and Digital Organization during Technical Opportunity Assessment.
Responsible to lead the DFMEA belonging to the Functional System.
Represent the primary PoC of Product Care to evaluate Functional System behavior (e.g. perform a first analysis of an appliance with problems in the assembly line like EOL test fails).
Represent the primary PoC of Labs to perform the analysis of an appliance with problems (e.g. physically go in EMC lab and check what’s going on).
Represent the primary PoC for PC and Labs to evaluate first digital issues (e.g. provisioning is failing).
Who you are:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields.
Considered as a plus: Knowledge on Jama and Jira.
Incose Certification.
Knowledge and experience of testing Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC).
