Position description:
We're looking for a dynamic Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us in our overall marketing efforts as we continue to expand our reach and enhance our offerings. Role Summary:
As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist at Domotz, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to meet business objectives. The role involves managing campaigns across search, display, social media, and other performance channels. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, is skilled in using marketing tools and platforms, and understands how to drive growth through paid media strategies. You will leverage your expertise in Google and Bing Advertising, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO, and product marketing to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, Linkedin, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue, ensuring alignment with long-term business growth goals.

Analytics, Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and advanced analytics and tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior to inform strategic decisions and make data-driven adiustments to maximize ROI.

Lead Generation & Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize marketing automation, lead generation, and customer engagement using HubSpot and other tools.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Develop and implement complex audience segmentation strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

Budget Management: Manage budgets across campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet KPIs and business goals.

Advanced Reporting & Insights: Deliver comprehensive reports on campaign performance, highlighting trends, insights, and strategic recommendations for future growth. Present findings to senior management and executive teams.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that align with campaign objectives.

SEO Collaboration: Employ SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search rankings, working closely with the content marketing team to optimize content for maximum impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across marketing, product, analytics, and other departments to align performance marketing efforts with broader company initiatives. Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and growth plans.

Required skills:
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in Google and Bing Ads, Google Analytics, TagManager, affiliation, Display, and Remarketing.

Strong knowledge and understanding of SEO, content marketing, and product marketing principles.

Fluent in English.

Exceptional analytical skills with a strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations clearly.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub.
