Job DescriptionDue to the continued success and expansion of our European Data Centre business, we currently have opportunities in Milan and want to talk with Senior Project Management Professionals.Job ObjectivesManage the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction to commissioning, ensuring that the project is completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Manage a team of project staff, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project objectives are met.Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure that project requirements are met and any issues are resolved.Run and lead client and other required meetings.Ensure that all aspects of the project, including safety, quality, and environmental standards, are in compliance with industry regulations and standards.Manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective action as necessary.Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, including progress updates, budget status, and risk management.QualificationsUniversity degree in Construction Management or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in managing large scale projects in the Data Center, Industrial, Pharma, Manufacturing, or Logistics sectors.Strong and professional communication skills, with great organization skills and the ability to multi-task.Strong and current understanding of European design/code requirements and industry trends.Experienced in a variety of methods of procurement and forms of contract.Excellent command of written and spoken Italian as well as a professional level of English.Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
