What you will do in this role:
As part of our team, you will play a key role in the development and management of the sectorOffice Letting, with activities that include:
- Process Managementlease of executive spaces and offices, taking care of all phases: from analyzing customer needs to closing the deal.
- Expansion of the customer portfolio and retention of existing onesYou will be the point of contact for owners and tenants, providing strategic advice.
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends, developing relationships with multinational companies, SMEs, and institutions.
- Together with the dedicated department, processing ofreal estate marketing strategiescustomized.
- Site inspections, negotiations and mediation activities, ensuring excellent service and concrete results for all parties involved.
- Collaboration in the preparation of market analyses and detailed reports to support client decisions and contribute to company strategies.
- Management ofback office and updating of the company CRMwith precision and consistency.
What we look for in you
- Consolidated experiencein the real estate sector, with a specific focus on lease of office buildings.
- In-depth knowledge of the Italian office real estate market, with particular attention to strategic urban areas such as Milano and other major cities.
- Familiarity with the regulations relating to the leasing of commercial and office properties.
- A degree in economics, engineering, architecture or related disciplines and professional certifications (e.g. RICS) will be considered a plus.
- Proficiency in using toolsCRM, analytics software, and Microsoft Office suites(Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English skills are essential for interacting with international clients; other languages will be a plus.
