BUILD BEYOND POSSIBLE, WITH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING Who we are looking for: As a Senior Service Engineering Specialist you will lead client support, installations, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless integration and top-tier support for our solutions. Few examples of responsibilities: Client Management : Act as the main technical point of contact ensuring successful product and service implementation. Technical Assistance : Conduct installations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency. Process Optimization : Lead troubleshooting protocols, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. On-Site Support: Provide field assistance to ensure a smooth installation process.
