BUILD BEYOND POSSIBLE, WITH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

Who we are looking for:

As a Senior Service Engineering Specialist you will lead client support, installations, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless integration and top-tier support for our solutions.

Few examples of responsibilities:

• Client Management: Act as the main technical point of contact ensuring successful product and service implementation.
• Technical Assistance: Conduct installations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Lead troubleshooting protocols, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• On-Site Support: Provide field assistance to ensure a smooth installation process.

Ideal Background:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamworking skills
• High proficiency in English and Italian (at least B2/C1)
