Finally, providing independent consultancy activities, aimed at adding value and enabling business activities to achieve the expected results.Quality, efficiency and adaptability are our priorities. We are looking for motivated people with a great capacity for innovation and the ability to adapt to change.Activity:Contribute to the management and governance of Operations including on-call availability.Manage Backup services and related infrastructures, which include the JAS area, ensuring their availability, updating and alignment with business processes.Support project implementations, especially those focused on technology refresh, cost optimization, performance improvement, security improvement, and resilience.Contribute to the implementation of Backup and Restore projects, their design and implementation.Governance of and on Audit and Compliance requirements. (SOX, GDPR, and corporate compliance requirements).Propose effective solutions for incident management.Ensure adequate monitoring and reporting of management activities.Monitor management KPIs for the data protection team, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.Proactively contribute to technical and management activities to achieve the set objectives.Identify opportunities for quality improvement through internal training and that of its partners.Coordination, assignment, monitoring of offshore activities/ticket teams (CIEC).Requirements:At least 5 years' experience in administering and managing backup solutions: Veritas NetBackup, Veeam and target storage (Veritas Flex Appliance, Data Domain, Hitachi) in complex industrial environmentsKnowledge of Linux (RHEL), Windows Server, Oracle, VMware environmentsKnowledge NetworkingBash and Power Shell scripting experienceExcellent organizational, teamwork and stakeholder relations skillsExcellent troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skillsAbility to manage escalating incidents (L1-L2-L3)Experience in coordinating with suppliers, partners and system integratorsKnowledge of English, written and spoken (B2)Knowledge of the ITIL processItalian nationality and residence for operational compliance in the JAS fieldNice to have:Industry-standard certifications (Veritas Certified Specialist - VCS)ITIL CertificationKnowledge of backup platform on Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)Disaster Recovery ManagementKnowledge of general compliance requirements in the field of Security, GDPR, SOX #J-18808-Ljbffr
