The role is accountable for driving the design, implementation, and evolution of global ESM solutions across the Automotive Division’s global footprint. /ppbr/ppThis senior position is responsible for harmonizing processes, integrating tools, automating workflows, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all regions, directly supporting the Division’s ITDigital Target Operating Model 2.0 and its shift toward Digitalization and AI. /ppbr/ppstrongMain responsibilities: /strong /ppbr/pulliLead the design, implementation, and optimization of ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes. /liliManage and standardize the divisional Service Catalogue across regions /liliDevelop and maintain integrations with key systems (SharePoint, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) and drive automation initiatives /liliOversee global administration of ESM and Confluence platforms, ensuring performance, governance, and effective knowledge management /liliCollaborate with regional teams (Europe, Americas, Asia) on KPI alignment, process compliance, and local rollouts /liliDesign and maintain dashboards and reports for SLAs, automation, and performance monitoring. /liliEnsure adherence to ITIL best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement goals /liliServe as subject matter expert and advisor for ESM and Confluence, supporting platform operations and roadmap development /li /ulpbr/ppstrongHow to convince us /strong /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s in Computer Science, Business/Management, or related field /liliITIL v4 Certification (Managing Professional preferred) /liliAtlassian Confluence Admin or Atlassian Certified Professional desirable /lili5+ years’ experience with global ITSM/ESM platforms /liliStrong knowledge of Service Catalogue, ITIL/ESM processes, and automation /liliExperience with Confluence and Atlassian tools (Jira, Automation for Jira) and integrations (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, monitoring tools) /liliSkills in dashboarding/reporting (Power BI or similar) /liliEnglish B2/C1 required; German a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppWe’re looking for someone with strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate effectively in a complex, international environment. You excel at communicating and building relationships with stakeholders, knowing how to train, engage, and influence teams across different regions.
