As a senior Consultant within our Trademarks and Design practice, you will be responsible for: Advising our clients on the best IP strategies to manage of their IP portfoliosAssisting our clients in all legal matters relating to IPConducting novelty searches and defining the territorial and substantive scope of trademark protectionDrafting contracts and observations, handling litigation files, oppositions and appealsDelivering to our clients thoughtful, pragmatic and business-oriented adviceBuilding a trustful relationship with our clients and strengthening the customer relationship through up-selling and cross-selling activitiesRepresenting Mondial Marchi while attending conferences and webinars and delivering presentations to clients, professionals and industry associations and organisationsRequirementsLaw degreeYou are a Trademark and Design Consultant qualified to practice in Italy and the EU and is therefore registered at the Italian Institute of Industrial Property ConsultantsYou have worked for four years or more in an IP consulting firm, in the IP/trademark law department of a law office or in-house departmentYou are proactive, commercially skilled, flexible and know how to set prioritiesExcellent knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written), the knowledge of any other language will be considered as a plusYou like working in a teamTreatmentPost details will be discussed with each candidate based on their effective experience and background. #J-18808-Ljbffr
