We're Hiring: Sensory Scientist

What You'll Do
- Lead Sensory Quality Monitoring across product lines and applications using cutting-edge sensory science.
- Conduct internal sensory training for our team and lead external consumer testing sessions.
- Dive into data analysis to extract actionable insights that elevate product quality.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, QC, and Marketing to integrate sensory insights into everything we do.
- Support innovation through competitive research and strategic sensory initiatives.
Who You Are
- MSc or PhD in Sensory Science, Food Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in sensory roles (ideally in confectionery or food).
- Skilled in data interpretation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Fizz, EyeQuestion, XLSTAT is a plus.
- Familiar with food or beverage industry.
