The successful candidate, reporting to the Director of Service Department, will be responsible for developing and expanding our service business and new service products. This role offers significant opportunities for future growth and leadership within the service area.Your TasksThe Main Focus Of Service Business Development IsIncrease service revenue and profitability.Analyze the existing Service Portfolio.Develop a comprehensive Service Portfolio including benchmarking Best in Class competitors and peers.Share and promote the selected service products with Region Countries.Expected resultsComplete the Service Portfolio in Bakery to become the Best-in-Class and a benchmark for others.Increased profitability and turnover of service business.Improved customer satisfaction increasing service portfolio offer.Your Profile / QualificationsUniversity degree is recommended, technical or commercial area.Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to communicate / deal professionally with both internal and external customers.Good negotiation skills.Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts, customers and contracts.Organized, has an analytical mind and able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.Creative and un-afraid of challenges and changes.Independent, service driven and open-minded; works well in teams.Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.Previous experience 5 years in Service Sales/Support is a preference.Knowledge of SAP is highly recommended.Managerial And Team Leadership SkillsDemonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Proven track record of successfully managing and developing team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and team goals.Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to assess situations, consider alternatives, and implement effective solutions.Experience in setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability within the team.Ability to inspire and motivate team members, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.Excellent conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues in a constructive and timely manner.Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on achieving long-term organizational goals through effective team management.Open for new things and builds on proven success strategies.Able to simplify complex issues, to focus on the essentials and assess situations from the next higher perspective.Develops solution options, even in complex situations or when under pressure.Treats people with respect, irrespective of their status, hierarchy level, heritage or personal background.Interpersonal SkillsPossesses, acquires, and maintains the technical/professional expertise required to perform tasks effectively and to create client/customer/stakeholder solutions.
