Position Details
We are seeking a Service Manager / Help Desk Service Coordinator for an internal team supporting a public administration contract in the ICT sector, specifically in Telecom services.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 4 years of experience in networking, telephony, data, and IT support, particularly in help desk and user assistance for public or private entities.
- Basic system skills for installing, configuring, maintaining, and managing medium-sized LAN and WAN networks.
- Knowledge of problem management, call management, and trouble ticketing procedures.
- Strong communication skills for remote user support via phone, web, and email.
- Familiarity with hardware peripherals, Cisco management tools, ManageEngine, Ellysse, and basic productivity tools.
Qualifications
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA and/or ITIL Foundation are preferred.
Offer Details
- Contract type: Permanent staff leasing or employment contract.
- Workplace: Marghera Venezia, with hybrid working mode until 30% remote.
- Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00.
- Salary: Approximately €35,000 - €40,000 RAL + bonuses + meal vouchers.
