SERVICE MANAGER INFRASTRUTTURALE_ASSURANCE IT, Baricella

APL Network S.R.L. is seeking a SERVICE MANAGER INFRASTRUTTURALE_ASSURANCE IT for a client company in the Bologna area.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing vendor resources to ensure compliance with contractual SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) standards.
- Monitoring the operation of assigned systems, ensuring quality performance by overseeing ticket status and scheduling maintenance activities.
- Coordinating and supervising the operational team and external vendors providing services such as Help Desk and support during faults or incidents.
- Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company.
- Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to meet operational objectives.
- Producing periodic reports on activities, conducting improvement analyses, and verifying documentation of systems for Assurance and potential recovery from the Delivery Area repository.
- Ensuring complete, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of systems and procedures.
- Having knowledge of physical security systems such as video surveillance, access control, and intrusion alarms, including architecture, components, and operation.
- Familiarity with Acantho platforms: BMC Helix (for monitoring, ticket, and SLA management) and Genetec Security Center.
The activity is primarily on-site but remote work options are considered.
Schedule: Part-time 50%
Contract duration: from April 15 to December 31, 2025
