SERVICE MANAGER INFRASTRUTTURALE_ASSURANCE IT, Baricella

APL Network S.R.L. is seeking a SERVICE MANAGER INFRASTRUTTURALE_ASSURANCE IT for a client company in the Bologna area.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Managing vendor resources to ensure compliance with contractual SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) standards.
2. Monitoring the operation of assigned systems, ensuring quality performance by overseeing ticket status and scheduling maintenance activities.
3. Coordinating and supervising the operational team and external vendors providing services such as Help Desk and support during faults or incidents.
4. Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company.
5. Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to meet operational objectives.
6. Producing periodic reports on activities, conducting improvement analyses, and verifying documentation of systems for Assurance and potential recovery from the Delivery Area repository.
7. Ensuring complete, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of systems and procedures.
8. Having knowledge of physical security systems such as video surveillance, access control, and intrusion alarms, including architecture, components, and operation.
9. Familiarity with Acantho platforms: BMC Helix (for monitoring, ticket, and SLA management) and Genetec Security Center.

The activity is primarily on-site but remote work options are considered.

Schedule: Part-time 50%
Contract duration: from April 15 to December 31, 2025
