The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:We are happy to share that we have recurrent job opportunities for passionate Engineering Graduates, as we have been permanently recruiting talents for our positions as Shift Operative Leader based in our plants in Southern Italy (Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi AV or Balvano PZ)!This will be the starting point of an exciting career in our dynamic and challenging Operations function, that will enable you to consolidate both technical and managerial skills for a brilliant path in Ferrero!Main Responsibilities:As a Shift Operative Leader, reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities in the areas of Production and Human Resources management.In particular, you will support the execution of the production, coordinating the line team in operational activitiesand ensuring the presence and the optimization of production factors on the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery).In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and start-up of the lines in your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team. You will manage the application of all the criteria defined for the allocation of resources on the lines and the operational workforce. You will also assist the Production Unit Manager in drawing up his "merit plan".Ensuring that safety standards (both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines will be one of your key activities, and you will also be responsible for supporting and developing the Continuous Improvement initiatives.Who we are looking for:You will bring your university Master's Degree background in Engineering or equivalent and eventually some initial experience of one or two years in other Manufacturing companies.You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your good understanding of production processes and interpersonal and management skills.Your desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.As a good communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be key to perform in our environment.As a focal point in the production process, you will work on shifts.If this role sounds appealing and you would like to be part of our pool of potential candidates, do not hesitate to submit your application!
