As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us? /em /ppbr/ppstrongRole: /strong /ppbr/ppThe Site HR Admin Ops Specialist t is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities within a Contract working site/Logistics plant. This includes managing people relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. /ppThe role acts as a bridge between plant operations and HR function, supporting both strategic and day-to-day HR needs. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/ppo Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate guidelines. /ppo Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training programs for plant employees. /ppo Manage administration and performance management systems. /ppo Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. /ppo Monitor working conditions and address employee concerns. /pp· Employee Relations /ppo Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. /ppo Regularly update plant management on labor regulations and cooperate to solve issues with staff. /ppo Point of contact with site employee representatives /ppo Provide coaching and counseling to employees. /ppo Conduct exit interviews and support management with replacement and organizational solutions. /ppo Support plant management with workforce planning and organizational /ppo Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. /ppo Deploy central HR function initiatives. /ppbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr/pp· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. /pp· At least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial or logistics plant. /pp· Proven experience in labor compliance. /pp· Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. /pp· Strong conflict resolution, proactivity and problem-solving abilities. /pp· Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus. /pp· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. /ppbr/ppstrongWHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER? /strong /ppbr/ppWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
