We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the on-site execution of utility-scale solar PV projects across Northern Italy. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The company is an established renewable energy owner and operator.

Location: On-Site during the week, Northern Italy (return home on the weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site activities across all phases of solar PV construction
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines; report regularly to the project team
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to technical specifications
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the project

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager on utility-scale solar projects
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, civil works, and electrical installation
• Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel within Northern Italy and work on-site full-time
