This role requires a fusion of creativity and analytical prowess, aimed at building brand awareness and trust social wisely. /ppbr/ppResponsibilities: /pp● Develop and implement social media/influencers strategies that align with our brand positioning and marketing strategies. /pp● Create original content and schedule postings to increase account visibility and engagement. /pp● Monitor and analyze performance data of social media accounts to continuously optimize content and strategy. /pp● Source and develop influencers networking continuously and work closely and innovativley with influencers to support brand and business growth. /pp● Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to manage and improve social media advertising campaigns. /pp● Community management . /ppbr/ppQualifications: /pp● At least 3 years of experience in social media planning and account management. /pp● Proficiency in content trends, viral marketing mindset and mechanisms of operation on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. /pp● Excellent creative thinking and content creation skills. /pp● Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust strategies based on data insights. /pp● A proactive, results-focused approach, capable of driving initiatives forward amidst uncertainty. /pp● Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous. Candidates with substantial agency experience are also encouraged to apply. /pp● Ability to work independently as well as closely with a team. /pp● Proficiency in Italian and English is a must. Chinese language skill is a plus but not a prerequisite. /pp● BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field. /p
