This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef at Terradimare Resort & Spa, located in San Teodoro. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in daily operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff. Responsibilities also include ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and managing inventory and supplies.

• Culinary skills: expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
• Leadership skills: ability to supervise and train kitchen staff, manage kitchen operations, and assist with menu planning
• Organizational skills: inventory management, supply ordering, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards
• Communication skills: effective verbal communication, teamwork, and collaboration with staff
• Relevant qualifications: Culinary degree or equivalent certification, several years of professional cooking experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and local ingredients is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
