Role Overview:

This role will own, develop, and implement the global spares strategy. The ideal candidate will manage the spares process from customer interface to final mile delivery, ensuring that overall SLAs are aligned with market needs and consistently met. Responsibilities also include developing spare kits, retrofit kits, and spare parts based on demand, optimizing cost of sales, and driving spares growth through sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with commercial and technical development teams to develop and execute the global product line strategy, aiming for profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
2. Analyze spares performance and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency and revenue growth.
3. Develop and maintain the spares price list to maximize benefits from parts, kits, and retrofit kits.
4. Optimize demand-to-supply routes and inventory planning using digital solutions.
5. Manage the P&L and positioning of the product line to ensure competitiveness and profitability across markets.
6. Identify gaps and issues, implementing solutions that are technical, commercial, or process-related, always keeping the customer at the center.
7. Perform other duties as required.
