For our location in Eschborn and Bonn we are looking for a Specialist*in Information Security Management System JOB-ID: V000048080 Start date: 04/01/2023 Type of employment: full or part time Field of activity Information security is of utmost relevance to GIZ in order to adequately and effectively safeguard the confidentiality, availability and integrity of its information. This protects not only the company and our employees, but also our globally active partners. GIZ will therefore establish a global information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 by 2026, and in Germany additionally in accordance with BSI IT Grundschutz, and has set itself an ambitious schedule for the certification steps. This company-wide development work is being carried out via a major project. The project offers great scope for design in the rapidly growing digital offering of the GIZ. In this build-up project, further reinforcement is sought for the component with a focus on BSI IT-Grundschutz. Your tasks Conceptual, technical and organizational support in the establishment and further development of the ISMS of GIZ. Cooperation with external consultants in the certification team for the GIZ in Germany. Participation in project planning, identification and implementation of the necessary measures according to BSI IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001 native. Technical support of application and system managers, real estate and human resources in the preparation of information security concepts necessary for certifications. Participation in the design and implementation of awareness-raising measures of the employees of GIZ bzgl. information security. Development and establishment of information security processes such as information security audits, incident management and risk assessment. Coordination and implementation of protection needs assessments and risk assessments. Your profile Completed studies in information security, computer science or comparable education and work experience. Several years of professional experience in information security management or setup / implementation of an ISMS. Sound knowledge in the application and certification of BSI IT-Grundschutz and / or ISO 27001. Experience of firewalls, network segmentation, Microsoft Azure Cloud, virtualization and SAP systems an advantage.
