Find your purpose and passion at Mozarc Medical. A Day in the Life We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Planner for our European Operations. The Sr. Supply Chain Planner will work closely with Manufacturing sites, Contract Manufacturers as well as Marketing and Sales ensuring proper supply and inventory to support global business. Knowledge of and ability to work cross functionally over many functions such as Logistics, Procurement, Finance and IT will be critical for this role. Additionally proper candidate will help drive process improvements in Supply Chain Planning as we strive to become best in class. Responsibilities: Manage Capacity strategy and analysis to support short-term and long-term business needs. Lead Global IBP process for Supply Planning in alignment with Commercial Team Drive Portfolio management including proper PIPO communications and system set up. Manage Global Inventory of portfolio with focus on balancing proper service and growth needs with optimization of investment. Responsible for proper Master Data management with regular reporting of accuracy. Drive KPI Management and reporting for Supply and Service areas of business with expectations to meet or exceed. Work closely with production teams to create and execute on feasible production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within supply chain and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Support and or lead critical projects for the business. Must Have: Requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. E xpertise in advanced Supply Chain / Demand Planning systems Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership Nice to Have APICS, IBF or similar professional certification. MBA Experience in Medical Device Industry Lean, Six Sigma green or black belt certification Location: Italy, France, Germany, Spain (Hybrid), Ireland (Remote) Why Work with Us?
