The challenges in which the Company will be involved in the near future, concern the definition of lean processes, a costs management approach and the identification of increasingly sustainable production and non-production methods. /ppbr/ppstrongPOSITION OERVIEW: /strong /ppbr/ppWe are seeking junior Production Preparation Engineer to join our team. The Production Preparation Engineer will work as a trainee in a team that is dedicated to the industrialization of the vehicles. This includes main activities such as: collect all the documentation created by engineering, lear how to define K.P.I. to evaluate and verify the entire assembly cycle, estimate the timing of the various work phases, design the necessary workstations and project the specific equipment necessary for the construction of the vehicle with the support of the Senior referents. /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate has a good educational background in manufacturing engineering, timemethods analysis, production layouts designing and work-cycles preparation and, if applicable, has a short experience in the field of production planning or planning of times and methods . /ppbr/ppThis person will be part of the Production Preparation team in a position potential to grow, reporting to the Operation Manager. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pulliFollows the creation of the prototypes in line and collects all the technical reports aimed at promoting the technical documentation to avoid problems before the production launch. /liliHe is supporting the team to collectall the documentation from the Engineering Team, /liliSuggests fitting methods to be evaluated by the product line managers /liliChecks any inconsistencies and the main aspects of the product through the interaction with Engineering Dept., /liliContributes to the modification of the process and the necessary implementations to organize the supply flow of material to the line. /liliAttend kick-off meetings with the team to spot any anomalies in the writing of the “project” or points that are not clear enough. /liliPartecipates to the Design Review meetings during the production phase with the internal Stakeholders team to make sure the Punch List is clear for the functions to follow-ups the produztion process. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliBachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical is preferable) /liliKnowledge of times and methods, layouts, lean production, preparation work cycle, prototyping. /liliKnowledge of industrial manufacturing engineering. /liliKnowledge of 3D softwares is a plus. /liliGood aptitude to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders. /liliAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. /liliWilling to grow. /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. /liliContinuous learning mindset /liliGood English skills. /li /ul
