The Strategic Projects Manager will play a crucial role in our organization, ensuring the execution of Strategic and Transversal Projects that align business objective with operational initiatives.This role requires a blend of project management skills, analytical skills, data management, financial skills and business acumen.What will you do?Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all projects are in line with the company's strategic goals and objectives, bridging the gap between business objectives and operational initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects across the organization.Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage and allocate resources to maximize productivity and project success.Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, set clear milestones, and oversee the execution to ensure timely and successful completion.Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes.Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.What skills and capabilities will make you successful?Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, Business Administration, or a related field.
