Job Post: SUBCONTRACT ADMINISTRATION MANAGERThe Home Office SubcontractAdministration Manager (SAM) has the duty to: Coordinate a team of Subcontract Administration Engineer (SAE) that will check in detail the accounting submitted by Subcontractors for "unit prices Subcontracts". Instruct Subcontractors on the procedure of Administration (methods for preparation of accounting, evaluation of extra works, interim and final payment certificates, etc.)Review in detail and comment/approve the Subcontractor's Interim and Final Progress Payment Certificate(s) (PPC), gets approval signatures and issue to Subcontractors the authorizations for invoicing.Assures that extra works, new unit prices, claims, backcharges, liquidated damages and close out of the Subcontracts are performed / processed in accordance with the relevant procedure.Prepare, update and issue regularly the Construction Subcontracts Administration Monthly Report (CSAMR).Prepare, together with Site Manager, Subcontractors claims preliminary assessment and execute or assist, as required, up to claims final settlement.Requirements:Al least 8/10 years experience in a similar role gained in Engineering & Construction Companies, from Oil & Gas or Infrastructures industry;Multidisciplinary knowledge of all the works (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumental and Insulation);High flexibility and availability to medium and long assignments abroad;Fully paid up Company share capital € 19.920.679,32 - Tax Code, VAT number and Rome Company register number: 07673571001Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. announces that for dissemination and storage of Regulated Information, has chosen to use the system named 1INFO (www.1info.it), managed by Computershare S.p.A. with registered offices in Milan and authorized by Consob with resolutions no. 18852 of April 9, 2014 and no. 18994 of July 9, 2014. #J-18808-Ljbffr
