Responsibilities:
Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements
Act as liaison between internal and external business and IT on small to medium system issues
Work closely with IT; responsible for research, requirements, root cause analysis, and determining implementation plan
Participate in project work for key initiatives in various capacities as needed
Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements
Assist the team in the compilation of system defects and/or enhancements for prioritization; Works closely with IT to research or develop clear business requirement on system defect or enhancement tickets prior to IT development work
Coordinate the development, implementation and documentation of policy administration policies and procedures
Development, maintain, and communicate system documentation library of current and new system functionality
WE EXPECT Qualifications:
Sophomore or higher pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Business Analysis
3.2 GPA or higher
Ability to think logically and critically
Ability to perform analysis in a timely manner
Good written and oral communication skills
Good command of Excel , nice to have some knowledge of programming and databases such as Java, SQL, Visual Basic and Macros
