We are looking for high self-motivated people eager to join our European Supply Planning team in order to define mid-long term finished products plan for our factories combining commercial prevision (forecasting), production capacity and stock level/rotation in order to realize a sustainable production plan in terms of costs and procurement and satisfy our market requests.Main Responsibilities:Finished Products Planning from internal ProductionFeasibility Analysis of the Sales Forecast Request included in the Planning BookFeasibility Analysis of Extra Forecast RequestsDefinition with the Supply Planning Coordinator of Finished Products Production Plan of the Work Centers to be plannedControl of the results of the planning program in terms of: Occupation of the Production Capacity at 100% / Compliance with the constraints imposed by the factories / Compliance with the required commercial mix / Compliance with the established Stock Policy / Compliance with the previously defined pre-production quotasRelease to Production Planning of the working week in terms of: Work Center / Finished Product Code / Quantity to be produced / Week in which the goods must be producedVolume consistency checkJob ProfileQualifications, Knowledges:MSc graduate in management or Industrial Engineering preferably with international context is a plus.Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); SAP is a plus.Fluent in English.Skills, Capabilities, Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills balanced with flexibility in managing cultural diversity.Problem solving attitude and proactivity.Accuracy and attention to details.Data analysis.Willing to travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
