The position will be based at our HQ in Parma. /ppbr/ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/ppstrongTalent Management Development: /strong /pulliDesign and implement talent management programs (e.g., succession planning, leadership development, high-potential programs) aligned with Group strategy. /liliPartner with business leaders and HRBPs to build strong talent pipelines, ensuring long-term organizational sustainability. /liliSupport individual and team growth plans, nurturing a culture of performance and continuous development. /li /ulpstrongLearning Development: /strong /pulliCo-design and deliver training initiatives to strengthen leadership and managerial skills. /liliMonitor and enhance program effectiveness, leveraging feedback and KPIs to innovate learning strategies. /li /ulpstrongHR Partnering International Scope: /strong /pulliAct as a sparring partner to HR and business leaders across HQ, production sites, and international subsidiaries. /liliChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, embedding them into talent and development processes. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongWhat you bring /strong /pulliAt least 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, and Recruitment, ideally gained in structured multinational companies. /liliProven track record in talent development programs, succession planning, and leadership development. /liliStrong exposure to international and cross-cultural environments. /liliFluent in Italian and English (French is a plus). /liliExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. /liliStrategic mindset combined with hands-on execution. /liliProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat you will be needing to succeed /strong /pulliEmotional intelligence and adaptability. /liliAbility to inspire and connect authentically in multicultural environments. /liliInnovative HR mindset balanced with the credibility of a trusted partner. /liliPassion for growing people while fostering a more sustainable future. /li /ul
