Overview

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Tax and Statutory Specialist will be responsible for ensuring support in Tax Compliance activities and managing the company's proper tax compliance, ensuring compliance through constant liaison with external consultants, and implementing tax opportunities (credit, tax, hyper depreciation, etc.).

Responsibilities

- Support the preparation of statutory financial statements;- Support the calculation of direct and indirect taxes- Support the correct compilation of declaration forms (VAT, IRES, IRAP, 770, IMU, etc.)- Support the activities of Audit and other finance functions.- Support the preparation of periodic reporting to the parent company- Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation in support of the dedicated Tax  Advisor
