Your tasks: What to expect. You will lead the Groupware & Identity Services team with approximately 8 employees. In doing so, you will be responsible for the production operation and implementation of on-premise and hybrid or cloud-based IT solutions for collaboration as well as identity and access management (IAM). These are based on state-of-the-art technologies and are deployed in our headquarters, field offices (sales). In your role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and further development of these technology areas, the organization and control as well as the IT processes. As a member of the IT leadership team, you will work closely and constructively with senior colleagues in IT You align the development of your employees and the tasks of your group technically and economically future-oriented to the IT strategy You support and promote your employees in a targeted manner, with regard to future requirements of IT, in cost-conscious action as well as in their technical, methodological and social skills You participate in the planning, staffing needs assessment / selection, as well as performance assessment and salary determination You will work closely and constructively with the management colleagues of the groups and departments of the IT division You communicate closely with those responsible in the departments, IT as well as external partners You develop proposals for improving efficiency, productivity, flexibility and methodology Your competencies: You have successfully completed your studies in computer science or a comparable education in the IT environment and have many years of professional experience, ideally in one of the topics IDM, PAM, PKI, AD, MFA, SSO. Your strong social skills and enjoy leading a motivated team with specialized employees, you have already successfully proven in your career to date Due to your high self-motivation as well as your assertiveness and communication skills, you act as a role model and achieve the best results with your team Team spirit distinguishes you as well as solution-oriented, independent and structured work combined with a " Can-do mentality".
