Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic team of Developers and DevOps professionals to shape the future of our cutting-edge software solutions. Your expertise will guide the technical evolution of our products, ensuring innovation, scalability, and adherence to the highest quality standards, all while solving complex challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Few examples of responsibilities:Provide technical support to the team, solving complex problems and facilitating decisions on architectures, frameworks, and tools.Remove of technical blockers that could slow the team’s progress.Identify new technologies and solutions that can enhance the team’s efficiency and work quality.Supervise software quality, including code reviews, automated testing, and performance monitoring.Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goalsIdeal Background:Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.4+ years in roles such as Tech Lead in Agile environments.Strong knowledge of C++ and .NETKnowledge of C# and JavascriptExperience in microservices, software quality assurance and best practice, and design of scalable solutions.What we offer:Competitive salaryFlexible working schemesOpportunity for career advancementFriendly, international and innovative work environmentContinuous learning and development opportunitiesCaracol is an equal opportunity employer.
