The main job responsibilities will be:
- To leverage his/her expertise/experience in the given field to provide technical guidance to the internal design teams for HPC / ZCU ECU design definition
- To drive project teams during ECU designs & developments on specific issues related to their field of competences
- To release design guidelines and keep them up to date in their field of competence
- To drive the continuous quality improvement in their field of competence by maintaining lessons learnt database
- To drive specific analysis in their field of competencies to secure the ECU design using the tools available in the organization or suggested following technical assessments
- To generate KPIs allowing to measure the overall team expertise level in their field of competences
- To insure the development under strict compliance with state-of-the-art design guidelines, standards (DFMEA, ISO26262…)
- To drive the internal team learning/coaching sessions using the material/methodology they will have defined
- To collaborate in a Scaled Agile product delivery team, comprised of cross-functional company peers to continuously prioritize, refine, and deploy component
- To understand Stellantis Domain team requirements, project milestones, technology relevance
Reporting:
- Direct reporting to the Platform Team (PTFA/PTFB) Manager inside Hardware Engineering Group (HWE)

Profile

Basic Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent program
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in at least one domain of expertise below:
- EMI / EMC design for embedded electronic/industrial designs
RF / Connectivity application designs (Wifi, Bluetooth, V2X, 3GPP, ...)
Audio / Radio Design (Analog and Digital streams (HD, Sirius, DAB…)
Thermal design/sizing/management in embedded systems
- Systems Reliability (Targets definition at early design stage, convergence to the target during the design phase, component failure analysis with lessons learnt, ….)
- Optical / RF sensors sizing, design and integration in embedded systems
- Power Electronics (LDO, DCDC, Boost…) design, optimization, and qualification
- ADAS/AD sensors (Radar, Lidar, USS, Cameras, GNSS, etc.) integration, optimization
- Justified experience in bringing concepts into practical implementations
- Strong teamwork, and excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and within a team distributed globally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in industrial or automotive (preferred) area (OEM, TIER1, TIER2,)
- Being able to support/handle more than one expertise domain as a plus
- Solid understanding with embedded electronics design constraints
- Familiar with system/component design, EE architecture topologies and safety
