The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in the field of thermal exchange, with a specific focus on air coolers. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing technical-commercial proposals, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring that our solutions meet customer specifications and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage detailed technical-commercial proposals for Air Cooled Heat Exchangers.Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure that product specifications meet client needs and industry standards.Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and at industry events.Provide technical support and consultation throughout the sales process and after product delivery.Monitor industry trends and competitive products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the thermal exchange or air coolers industry.Strong understanding of heat exchange principles and Air Cooled Heat Exchanger technology.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.Knowledge of English language.How to Apply:If you are ready to take on this rewarding role, please submit your updated resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience to bertini@boldrocchi.eu.
