With approximately $3 billion in sales and 4,000 employees worldwide, we have a material presence in more than 20 countries.Position SummaryWe are looking for a Territory Manager to develop sales in the North Italy area, specifically in the Cuneo and Asti provinces.You are an expert in agronomy, plant nutrition, and agricultural markets, with strong communication and analytical skills. A degree in agronomical science is required.You will cooperate with the commercial team to define yearly objectives.Principal Duties ResponsibilitiesDevelop existing business by increasing sales to current customers.Find new customers and create strong relationships with them.Build relationships with growers, consultants, and distributors to drive sales.Collect market information to identify new sales opportunities or risks to revenue.Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in Agronomy; a Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture or agronomic roles, especially connected with sales.Proficiency in specialty agriculture production practices.English level B2-B1.Strong negotiation skills.CompetenciesKnowledge of the assigned area.Proficiency in MS Office tools.Strong work ethic with a customer-focused mindset.Ability to build partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.Self-starter with attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.Travel RequirementAbility to travel by car in the assigned area: 80%.Our employees are our strongest asset, and their safety, health, and well-being is our highest priority.
