We are currently recruiting for a Trade Floor Support Analyst, as additional local IT support is needed to support the office employees, infrastructure and projects. We are looking for anindividual who will thrive in a fast-paced trade floor environment. The individual will be part of a global IT team supporting traders, applications and infrastructure hosted in Varna, Bulgaria. As a member of the IT support team you’ll be challenged to leverage advanced technologies unique to trading applications and development tools.The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment. Good communication and follow-up skills as well as the ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems is vital to this role.

What You Will Do In Your Role
Desktop support for trading business with advanced desktop requirements. (Desktop, networking, telephony)

Trading application support – TT Desktop, Webice, Bloomberg


Office 365 application support and troubleshooting; Outlook, Excel, Add-ins; Macros, Power BI, Teams, Sharepoint


Data center support – includes installation of new hardware, support for existing equipment, cabling and monitoring


Printer and mobile phone management


Procurement of IT hardware and software


Document, track and monitor problems


Request and Incident management using ServiceNow


Telecommunication management – 3rd party telecommunication lines and hardware; Teams; Cloud 9.

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Windows based desktop support role
Experience with desktop hardware support and management
Experience with Data Center support, including hardware installations and cabling
Experience supporting Office 365 with string Excel skills
Highly organized, able to multitask efficiently in a fast paced environment and have a good follow up skills
Knowledgein troubleshooting and monitoring tools
Exceptional customer service skills
English language at a fluent level
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience working on a trade floor or financial services firm
Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, Trading Technologies
Knowledge of ITSM and ServiceNow
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services or Azure
Experience with scripting in Powershell
