Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Sales Excellence, the Trade Show, Events Branding Specialist will play a dual role in managing trade shows, customer events, and field marketing activities while ensuring consistent application of the company's branding guidelines across all platforms. This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional experiences that enhance our brand image and engage customers effectively.Key Responsibilities:Event Trade Show Management:Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, customer days, and other industry events to strengthen the company’s market presence and generate leads.Handle all event logistics in cooperation with external partners, including venue selection, vendor coordination, booth design, and preparation of marketing materials.Collaborate with sales teams to identify event objectives, drive participation, and align activities with business goals.Organize field marketing activities, including customer visits and on-site product demonstrations, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.Develop and manage event budgets to deliver high-quality experiences cost-effectively.Branding Promotion:Ensure consistent application of branding guidelines across all marketing materials, events, and customer-facing content.Promote the brand through creative initiatives that enhance awareness and recognition in target markets.Work with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand integrity in digital and physical touchpoints, including event booths, signage, and promotional materials.Support the creation of brand assets, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, to amplify the company’s messaging.Marketing Collaboration Post-Event Analysis:Partner with product and marketing teams to create impactful event content that resonates with target audiences.Oversee post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.Coordinate promotional efforts, including social media campaigns and email marketing, to maximize event attendance and visibility.Work closely with the Sales Excellence team to generate and distribute leads from events effectively.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.Experience: proven previous experience in event management, trade shows, branding, or field marketing, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory (written and spoken).
