Location: Milan - (smartworking policy: 2 days/week) Contract Salary: Duration and RAL commensurate with experienceYour Role Responsibilities:As a Training Experience Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging educational experiences that strengthen Partner sales teams and enhance customer loyalty. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize training sessions, workshops, and special launch events across different channel, for example:✅ Training programs for Field Force and Partner sales representatives on Samsung Mobile Experience products✅ Interactive hands-on workshops to educate consumers on product benefits ✅ Special loyalty programs for Partner sales teams to build strong, long-term relationships ✅ Engaging in-store events to support product launches ✅ Immersive brand experiences beyond traditional retail, increasing brand awareness and purchase intentWhat We’re Looking For: Education: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (preferably in humanities) Experience: 1-2 years in Training, Event Planning, or Marketing Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint ️ Languages: Strong written and spoken EnglishKey Qualities Skills:✔️Strong organizational skills ability to multitask ✔️ Adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment ✔️ Project management skills to handle budgets, multiple projects, and tight deadlines ✔️ Experience in event planning execution ✔️ Relationship-building skills with partners, vendors, and suppliers ✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills This position is reserved for candidates belonging to protected categories (Law 68/99)✨ Ready to take on this exciting challenge?
