By working with us you will join a global network of professionals working together toward a common goal: shape the future of energy transition, ensuring maximum efficiency and sustainability to the world and our Clients.We are currently recruiting a Training Expert.Responsibilities:Developing training plans which minimise disruption to operations and ensure training quality standards;Analysing and interpreting training metrics to identify areas for improvement;Ensuring positive and effective collaboration between the learning team and key stakeholders (e.g: Operations Managers);Manage funded training plans (e.g: FNC);Deploye the training skills matrix annual assessment;Management of relationships with instructors and suppliers.We are looking for:Bachelor / University degree in HR management, Law, or Economics;At least 1+ years of work experience in human resources field with relevant professional background in Learning and Development field;Understanding of HR, as well as the drivers of the manufacturing business;Excellent teamwork and communication skills;English knowledge (at least B2);MS Office advanced user (especially PowerPoint and Excel).The role is based in Baranzate (Milan) and requires on-site presence.EGLA promotes the professional development and growth of each employee and potential candidate by upholding standards of fairness and equal opportunity in all aspects of the work relationship.
