Join Vestas and contribute to the future of sustainable energy. /b /p pWe are looking for btwo Training Experts /b, one for bHandling Logistics /b and one for bFinish Paint /b in our manufacturing area. You will be responsible for creating and improving training programs and materials for factory employees, with an emphasis on practical learning and process understanding. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and update training materials for your focus area (Handling Logistics or Finish Paint). /li liAnalyze current training practices and identify opportunities for improvement. /li liDevelop training roadmaps and plans aligned with production needs. /li liWork with engineers and specialists to translate technical processes into clear and practical training content. /li liEnsure training meets internal standards, safety requirements, and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) guidelines. /li liSupport continuous improvement using Lean tools such as: /li li5 Whys – a technique to find the root cause of a problem by asking "why" five times. /li liFishbone Diagram (also called Ishikawa Diagram) – a tool to identify and visualize causes of a specific issue. /li liGather feedback from trainees and continuously improve training programs. /li liSpend time in the factory to fully understand the processes and challenges. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. /li liCertified in Train-the-Trainer (a method for teaching future instructors how to deliver effective training). /li li6–8 years of experience developing training programs for factory or shop floor workers. /li liExperience planning and delivering training to large groups (up to 100 people). /li liComfortable working in an organized, multicultural manufacturing environment. /li /ul h3Key Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of the understanding of adult learning principles. /li liExperience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) – platforms used to manage and deliver training programs. /li liFamiliarity with digital training tools or e-learning formats. /li liProblem-solving mindset and data-driven approach. /li liGood communication and teamwork skills. /li liWillingness to spend time on the shop floor to observe and learn. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liAttractive salary + bonus /li liA key role in shaping skills and knowledge in a global leader in renewable energy. /li liA collaborative and international work environment. /li liOpportunities to grow within the company. /li liThe chance to contribute to improving our training culture and processes. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pThese positions are located in Taranto.
