Aviomar Flight Academy is an established leader in the aviation training industry in Italy and Europe. We provide professional pilot training, maintenance, aerial work and sales services, with a focus on strict compliance with European and ENAC regulations. Our ATO is certified as EASA IT.ATO.0003 and we take pride in our staff, professional trainers and large training fleet.

This is a full-time on-site role as an Training Operations Support Staff based in Rome, Italy. The person in charge will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations that include coordinating resources/schedule, tracking inventory, monitoring dispatch activities and processing training documentation. The role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service. This position will require work during weekend days.

• Operations and Operations Management skills
• Analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail and data management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience with a passionate and friendly approach
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel
• Experience in or knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
• Excellent written/spoken knowledge of English and Italian Language
