The person in charge will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations that include coordinating resources/schedule, tracking inventory, monitoring dispatch activities and processing training documentation. The role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service. This position will require work during weekend days.QualificationsOperations and Operations Management skillsAnalytical skills with a focus on attention to detail and data managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service experience with a passionate and friendly approachAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and ExcelExperience in or knowledge of the aviation industry is a plusExcellent written/spoken knowledge of English and Italian Language
