Our ATO is certified as EASA IT.ATO.0003 and we take pride in our staff, professional trainers and large training fleet of aircraft and simulators. /ppRole Description /ppThis is a full-time on-site role as an Training Support Staff based in Monterotondo (RM), Italy. The person in charge will support training administrators in managing day-to-day operations that include coordinating resources/schedule, responding to queries, tracking inventory, monitoring training schedules, supervising examinations and processing training documentation. The role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service. This position may require work during weekend days. /ppQualifications /pulliDegree-level education /liliOperations and Operations Management skills /liliAnalytical skills with a focus on attention to detail and data management /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills /liliCustomer service experience with a passionate and friendly approach /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel /liliExperience in or knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus /liliExcellent written/spoken knowledge of English and Italian Language, other languages a plus /li /ul
