We are looking for a UI UX Designer to join the digital experience team for the creation of digital projects for the agency and its clients.Contractual level: Commensurate with the experience gainedExperience: At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role in a communication agencyLocation and working hours: Vigonza (PD) - 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00Main roles and responsibilities:Ability to use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC and other design and prototyping toolsStrong aesthetic sensitivity and proven experience in creating engaging and intuitive user interfacesBasic knowledge of HTML and CSSExcellent communication and collaboration skills with different company functionsCreativity in generating innovative solutions and problem-solvingExcellent knowledge of the English languageAesthetic sense and attention to detailA propensity to listen and share to effectively communicate outputs to Stakeholders, Clients, Interdisciplinary Teams and DevelopersAbility to work in a group, promoting a harmonious and collaborative climateSkills and experience:At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a communications agencyDegree in Design with focus on User Interface designKnowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principlesAbility to use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC and other design and prototyping toolsBasic knowledge of HTML and CSSAdvanced A/B testing experienceExcellent communication and collaboration skills with various company functionsCreativity in generating innovative solutions and problem-solvingFluency in EnglishPrecision and attention to detailNice to have:Video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere or similar) and 3D workPositivity, enthusiasm, resistance to stress and problem-solving orientationExcellent organizational, time management and team collaboration skillsReal interest in the latest technologies and passion for project developmentPortfolio of different projects that demonstrate skills in the various areas of the UI Design process #J-18808-Ljbffr
