pOn behalf of a pharmaceutical company, we are seeking a strongUtilities Facilities Manager /strong responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance and continuous improvement of all plant utilities and site infrastructures. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliEnsure reliable, efficient and GMP-compliant operation of all plant utilities (HVAC, clean utilities, compressed air, steam, electrical systems and related infrastructure). /liliMonitor performance and implement optimization initiatives to support production needs and sustainability objectives. /liliOversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and ensuring regulatory compliance. /liliMaintain technical documentation, SOPs and maintenance records in line with audit requirements. /liliLead or support capital and improvement projects related to utilities and facilities, ensuring proper qualification and timely execution. /liliManage external contractors and service providers, monitoring performance and compliance with quality and safety standards. /liliPrepare and control the utilities and facilities budget (OPEX and CAPEX). /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related field). /liliSolid experience in utilities and facilities management within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. /liliExperience in managing projects and external contractors. /liliGood problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. /li /ulpbr/ppemIn the recruitment process, Pharma Point is committed to respecting the equality of characteristics of candidates, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, nationality, disability or trade union membership. /em /p
