Activities As a Method Engineer, your main missions will be the following:
Perform and support activities on the field linked to material balance and process tasks (test-run, performance test, fiscal metering...);
Prepare in time all internal (Affiliate/HQ/Partners) and external (UNMIG, Customs) production reports (daily, monthly, yearly).
Maintain an accurate production database and update the production reporting tools.
Participate in the Well Production Performance Group, identify and propose ideas to increase field production.
Analyze and optimize operating parameters and plant performance with tools creation (PI).
Support the site in day-to-day management, working closely with the Field Engineer.
Support the site in RFM (monthly reporting) drafting and preparation.
Attend site meetings related to process issues, temporary installations, inhibition files, to find solutions.
Ensure assistance for methods implementation to increase operational excellence.
Report utilities consumptions, ensure accurate database and manage associated archives (fiscal tickets, transport documentation...).
Contribute to Energy Efficiency follow-up, continuous improvement, and Smart room development - Use IT Production tools (NPDMS, FORS, E-permit, TIM...) and support their deployment at the Site.
Support in the preparation of production budget, PDC02, PDC05, and update on a daily basis PDC live;
Support in production optimization taking into account wells behavior and plant constraints;
Develop new tools to better manage the production taking into account GHG index.
Prepare the daily import and export gas data forecast and communicate it to the Commercial Department.
Report LPG production/export data, ensure accurate database and issue the daily LPG stock memorandum.
Participate in updating FOPS reference documents (P&ID, PFD, Alarm and trip thresholds, procedures, ...).
Candidate Profile Technical skills :
Sound knowledge in process design to oil & gas industry standards;
Sound knowledge of equipment, instrumentation, and piping installation specifications and details.
Knowledge of PackOffice (advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
Languages:
French: level B2.
