We are looking for the Warehousing Process Owner. He/She will oversee all warehousing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety compliance, and process optimization. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in warehousing, logistics, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Define guidelines, best practices, and tools for warehousing execution.
2. Cascade guidelines and supervise the country roll-out, coordinating local key users.
3. Collect feedback to adapt and upgrade guidelines, best practices, and tools.
4. Identify, develop, and lead process improvement projects to enhance warehousing execution.
5. Explore new solutions, systems, or technologies.
6. Train and supervise deputy local process owners and key users.
7. Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
8. Develop and execute strategic plans for process efficiency.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehousing with overall logistics strategy.
10. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
11. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
